Nic Wayara is the founder and principal of Hook or Crook Consulting, an equity, diversity and inclusion company that weaves the transformative practices of community care and social justice into the way we work with each other. She is also co-creator and host of Seen – a podcast rooted at the intersection of personal healing and collective liberation, witnessed through the eyes of Black and Brown queer women. Nic holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Gender, Race, Sexuality and Social Justice Studies. She aims to hold space for the needs, representations, and contributions of Black women, femmes and girls in all she does.
