Grace Shutti

Grace Shutti is a producer and journalist from the UK. She spent six years at the Guardian making films and videos for its platforms. Her producing credits include the Black Enough series, Call This Inclusive? and My Element. She worked as an assistant producer on the Webby winning Modern Masculinity series and Beyond the Blade.
Grace has since produced two short documentaries, Twinkleberry (Netflix) and RIP SENI (Guardian), which have have been screened at Sheffield DocFest, LSFF, Aesthetica, Montreal Black Film Festival, Edmonton International Film Festival and others. Now in Canada, she’s continuing to delve further into producing and expand her work in film and TV.
She has also written profiles and features for the Guardian, Playboy, Vice UK, Red Bull and Afropunk and is a former assistant editor of gal-dem, a magazine by women and non-binary people of colour.
