Sophia McDowell

Sophia McDowell is an actress born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. At the age of 9, she caught the bug for entertainment and started doing modeling, commercial work and vocal training. Throughout high school, she loved performing in the plays and musicals and show choir. At age 16, she attended the Stratford Shakespeare Intensive program, studying work from Merchant of Venice to Twelfth Night. She later moved to Los Angeles to continue training at the California Institute of the Arts for her BFA in Acting. Sophia has recently relocated from LA to Vancouver and is signed with Play Management and Brave Artists Management. Her dream is to dive into film and tv while maintaining a love for her theatrical roots.
